We encourage all parents and teachers to join the Brennen PTO. All money received from your membership goes toward funding extra items for the school to make it a better place for your children. 100% participation is our goal! The PTO is determined to make every dollar raised work directly for your children. Early support, at an increased level, will make a major impact to the school experience of our children.

Brennen’s Business Sponsor program offers a way for Brennen parents and local community members to support the school through their businesses. With over 850 students, numerous committed parents and many dedicated teachers and staff, we truly value and need your financial support. Gift Wrap Sales: Brennen partners with Innisbrook for an Annual Gift Wrap sales event to raise funds for the school. Parents have the opportunity to purchase wrapping paper, gourmet foods, and home accessories while a percentage of the sales is returned to Brennen. Over 200 products are $15 or less. One of our successful fundraisers each year.
Harvest Happening: Fun festival with students, teachers and families held on the Brennen playground in the fall. New games and activities, bouncy houses, pony and hay rides, face painting, and Kiss the Bulldog contest. Food, such as burgers, hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn and sweets and treats, is available for a small price. An affordable fun event for all Brennen families.
Scholastic Book Fair: The Book Fair is a book-sale event that gives Brennen students affordable and educational products, helping foster a lifelong love of reading. This weeklong event is located in the cafeteria and classes are allowed time during the week to browse and purchase books for themselves.
Auction: Brennen’s largest fund-raiser held each spring. Casual evening event for Brennen parents and supporters to enjoy dinner, dancing and bidding. Donations from the community are up for bid. Classroom baskets and classroom art on display and up for bidding. The largest attended and most important fundraiser of the year. Mobile bidding this year. Event will be held at 701 Whaley.
Yearlong Fundraising Opportunities
Family Dinner Nights: Brennen has partnered with several restaurants that will give the school an opportunity to earn proceeds from the evenings sales. Restaurants include Mo’s on Devine Street and Groucho’s on Forest Drive. Look for details in E-blasts and on Facebook.
Spirit Items: Spirit items for sale such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, water bottles, and Tervis Tumblers. Spirit wear is available at most big school events and through personal orders to the Spirit Wear Chair. Click here for an order form to get your Spirit Wear.
School Store: Located in the PTO kitchen and open two mornings a week, students are able to purchase Brennen logo pencils and other items. Fun and practical items available for very reasonable prices. Treat your kids to some Brennen logo items they can be proud to use.
Box-Tops and Soup labels: One of our easiest ways to give back to the school. Collecting Box Tops and Labels for Education gains points for credit to purchase playground equipment and cash back for our school.
PTO Merchants Give Back: Another easy way to give back to the school. In some form, they all directly support the Brennen PTO. Some of them require a card to be scanned at each checkout while others require you to scan once per year. Check out the specifics for each one here and shop, shop, shop!
Remember, these shopper cards can be used by ANYONE, not just parents and students, so recruit family and friends as our shopping partners.
